As an Audit Manager or Assistant Audit Manager in Zurich, you'll play a crucial role in auditing global and regional banking, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset management firms, contributing to the stability of financial markets and our purpose of "Building a better working world."

The Opportunity: Gain deep insights into the economic concepts of various financial service providers and establish relationships at the highest level.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits of annual financial statements for national insurance companies, social security institutions, pension funds, and other financial service providers.
• Assess processes and internal controls in crucial business areas of our clients.
• Take responsibility for reporting audit results to the board of directors, management, and FINMA as the lead auditor.
• Act as a central contact for customers, deepening relationships continually.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring professional management and on-the-job coaching for team members.
• Drive the digitalization of testing on-site, ensuring efficient and value-added testing services.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of training to become a qualified auditor.
• Professional experience in auditing financial services.
