(Senior) Associate – Internal Auditor within the Financial Services Industry

Job Content: As a (Senior) Associate – Internal Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, actively engaging in auditing various topics from planning through execution to reporting for our internal audit clients locally and abroad. Your contributions will extend to the development and optimization of business processes, governance, risk management, and internal controls for our clients within the financial services industry. Additionally, you will support the transformation of our clients' internal audit functions to become more agile and modern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively support the team in auditing processes from planning through execution to reporting.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Assist in the transformation of internal audit functions for increased agility and modernization.
• Continuously develop technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.
• Work in a diversified team in an international network, receiving regular feedback from colleagues.

Requirements: MUST HAVE's - HR Additional Information:

• Mandatory internal audit experience on the Swiss market in Financial Services and/or Insurance.
• Fluency in the German language (C1/C2 level).

Qualifications:

• University degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences with a specialization in business administration.
• Previous working experience in the financial services sector and/or audit is a plus.
• Analytical thinking with a quick grasp of business topics and processes.
• High willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally.
• Convincing demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated, team-oriented, client-focused, and goal-oriented.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
