About the Role

Mission:

As an IT Auditor, you will play a crucial role in performing and supporting IT audits at various levels, with a primary focus on IT security, governance, and operations. Your responsibilities will extend to selecting, developing, implementing, and supporting tools and techniques for data-enabled internal audits. Additionally, you will collaborate with business auditors in integrated audits, ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk assessment.

Areas of Operation:

The Global Assurance Europe & Corporate team oversees internal audits and SOx compliance programs across diverse European and Corporate business segments, ranging from large production sites to small distribution entities. This includes centralized processes, corporate IT systems, and local entities with unique structures and inherent risks.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

IT Audit:

  • Evaluate IT management, focusing on IT security for business and process automation systems, adhering to IT security best practices and the NIST-based cybersecurity framework.
  • Conduct compliance reviews with regulations, particularly SOx ITGC and ISAE 3402, emphasising the implementation of requirements and best practices related to privileged access rights.

Data Enabled Internal Audit:

  • Review the implementation of IT process controls, considering the diverse IT systems interconnected globally and supporting analytics of data and event logs.
  • Utilise advanced IT security and data analytics tools and techniques, providing support and training to business auditors in integrated audits.

What You'll Need:

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally Master's degree in Economics, IT, or Economical Mathematics.

Experience:

  • Strong IT knowledge with a good understanding of IT risks and controls, coupled with experience in auditing/controls.
  • Proficiency in in-depth data analytics using advanced tools and statistical techniques.
  • Experience in IT security auditing or consultancy; CISA certification is an asset.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French and proficient in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.

Other Requirements and Skills:

    • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and people skills.
    • Proven ability to perform in-depth data analytics and knowledge of IT security best practices.
    • Familiarity with automated compliance testing and/or data analytics tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Independent, thorough in examination and analysis, and results-oriented.

 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

  • Resourceful, action-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and overcome obstacles.
