Position: Internal Auditor
Location: Geneva

Responsibilities:
As an Internal Auditor, you will be pivotal in conducting performance, operational, financial, and compliance audits. Collaborating closely with stakeholders at both the headquarters and local entities, you will maintain the highest professional standards and ensure consistent service levels. The primary objectives of the Internal Audit assignments include reviewing and advising on the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment within the Entities' business processes.

Main Responsibilities:
*Prepare tasks for information gathering, analysis, and defining internal audit action plans.
*Contribute to pre-audit risk assessments and reporting to Internal Audit management.
*Conduct on-site or remote audit assignments, applying internal audit work programs following international standards.
*Provide impactful and value-added remedial actions to stakeholders.
*Participate in presenting, discussing, and agreeing on audit findings/issues with auditees.
*Contribute to drafting audit deliverables and reporting to HQ and entity stakeholders.

Ability and willingness to travel internationally at an extensive level (40%)

The preferred candidate should possess the following qualifications:
*Holds a Master's degree with a focus on Auditing, Corporate Finance, or Business Management.
*Must have an eligible EU work permit.
*Brings a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Internal Auditor or an External Auditor.
