Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant in our Audit team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including small regional banks, medium-sized private banks, and internationally active financial institutions. Your responsibilities will involve checking consolidated and individual financial statements in adherence to Swiss and international accounting standards. You will conduct on-site examinations, assess processes, provide consulting and auditing services related to risk management, compliance with legal guidelines, and support clients with complex regulatory issues. Additionally, you'll play a key role in special audits such as those related to money laundering and supervise the development of audit assistants in your team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics
- 2-3 years of professional experience in assurance and audit
- Started further training to become a Swiss federal expert, dipl. Auditor, or willingness to start training
- Experience in managing and training employees on the job is a plus
- Strong numerical aptitude with a resilient and customer-oriented personality
- Excellent knowledge of German and good English
- Reliable and committed team player with a forward-looking and detail-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and assertiveness
